Week 9
Travelling To the south of France
One day I went to my Aunty Babeth’s house for lunch. All my French cousins were there. We had lots of fun because my Uncle Patrick was spraying blue and green gooey and stringy stuff all over us!
Since then we have driven all the way to the Atlantic Ocean. And now we are in the Pyrenee’s Mountains! We have been staying in a really nice B&B. On the first day we went to Lourdes where Bernadette saw Mary. Then we went on Pic du Midi. It is the highest mountain. It was very foggy and it was very twisty too. My Mum was terrified. My Dad and I were teasing her! On the second day we went to Gavarnie and did a big walk. It ended at a mountain which had snow on it. That night Patrick from our B&B told us that it was going to snow on the mountain. On the third day we drove to Barcelona which is in Spain. Yesterday we went to the Gothic Quarter, the History of the City Museum, a weird Cathedral and I got a cartoon picture of me. I look so funny!
